Program and Project Management Manager

About the role

EDGE is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of projects within its PowerTech division. The role requires strong organisational and analytical abilities to manage cross‑functional teams and achieve business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Create detailed project plans, schedules and budgets, and monitor performance against them.
• Coordinate internal resources and third‑party vendors to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track progress, report on performance, risks and issues, and lead risk assessments with mitigation strategies.
• Conduct project evaluations and implement improvements for future initiatives while ensuring compliance with quality, safety and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, preferably engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience managing full project lifecycles.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• PMP certification is preferred.

Required skills

• SAP (or other ERP) proficiency.
• Project management software proficiency.
