Program Manager

About the role

The Program Manager leads cross‑functional new product development and sustaining projects, coordinating engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality, logistics, marketing, sales and other teams. This role ensures timely market delivery while controlling cost, schedule and resources across multiple regions and cultures.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate cross‑functional planning and execution to deliver projects on time, within budget and to scope.
• Monitor team schedules, coordinate critical‑path activities and provide executive‑level updates.
• Develop reporting and tracking tools to keep projects on schedule and cost targets.
• Identify key issues, drive decisions and mitigate risks with contingency plans.
• Ensure adherence to the New Product Development & Introduction (NPDi) process.
• Support project team members and lead continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field (MBA a plus).
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and achieve common goals.
• Strong problem‑solving, data analysis and project‑planning experience.
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders in person or via conference call.
• Background in 3‑phase power distribution or Busbar products is preferred.
