About the role
AtkinsRéalis is seeking a part‑time Project Administrator to support the Construction Director in Dubai. You will help streamline invoicing, cash management and reporting processes for ongoing construction projects.
Key responsibilities
- Assist programme management with day‑to‑day project administration.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather periodic information.
- Prepare official invoice submissions with all required documentation.
- Support revenue forecasting by analysing invoice values.
- Ensure compliance with contractual and financial obligations.
- Collaborate with the Contract Administrator to meet financial delivery targets.
- Maintain accurate petty‑cash records and assist with cash flow monitoring.
- Undertake additional tasks assigned by the Construction Director.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline.
- Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 1‑2 years of project admin or secretarial experience.
- Strong analytical mindset for data‑driven reporting.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- High integrity and alignment with company core values.
- Proactive planner with strong organisational skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Competence with the broader Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to analyse raw data and produce concise periodic reports.
