About the role
XYZ Technologies is seeking a Project Coordinator – AV & Lighting to support project planning, documentation, procurement, logistics, inventory management and client coordination for AV and lighting projects in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in project planning and scheduling.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation.
- Coordinate procurement activities and manage supplier relationships.
- Oversee logistics and inventory management for AV and lighting equipment.
- Act as liaison with clients to ensure project requirements are met.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of project coordination experience, preferably in AV or lighting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Experience in procurement, logistics and inventory management.
- Basic knowledge of AV systems.
