Project Coordinator – Data, AI & Analytics (UAE)

About the role

Insight360 is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of data‑centric projects, including AI, data platforms, and analytics initiatives focused on the ki60 decision intelligence platform. Based in the UAE and working on‑site, you will partner closely with Project Managers, clients, and technical teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate project documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Assist in full‑cycle execution of data, analytics, and AI projects.
• Ensure delivery aligns with scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Apply project management best practices and frameworks such as Agile, PMBOK, and Scrum.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs using formal change control processes.
• Act as a Client Success Coordinator, fostering long‑term partnerships and identifying continuous value.

Required profile

• Highly organized professional with strong self‑management and follow‑through abilities.
• Ability to bring structure, clarity, and leadership without constant supervision.
• Preferably an Arabic speaker and based in the UAE.
• Motivated to develop into a Project Manager within 1‑2 years.
