Project Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join Khazna’s Project Management & Implementation Department. You will administer, coordinate and monitor project requirements, progress and deliverables to meet customer needs within allocated resources.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project contracts, budgets, resources and schedules to ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement mitigation plans, escalating issues when required.
• Maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, schedules, budgets and cost‑tracking records.
• Administer procurement activities, contracts and financial records related to projects.
• Facilitate project meetings, communicate updates to stakeholders and deliver presentations.
• Capture and analyse lessons learned and support continuous improvement.
• Support change management by coordinating schedule, scope, cost and deliverable modifications.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and lead small projects under senior supervision.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Management, Computer Information Systems or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, project management or onsite roles.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent organisational, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Project.
