Project Engineer (CPO)

About the role

The Project Engineer (CPO) will support the successful delivery of Bastion Phase 2 by coordinating engineering, procurement and construction activities, monitoring contractor progress, and managing site interfaces to ensure timely completion.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate overall execution of Bastion Phase 2 activities.
• Monitor contractor engineering/design submissions and ensure construction readiness before mobilization.
• Coordinate site surveys, asset verification, and field requirements with stakeholders.
• Track design, material procurement/delivery, manpower mobilization, and construction progress.
• Review contractor schedules, look‑ahead plans, and proposed work sequencing.
• Coordinate access, permits, security requirements and interfaces with plant stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve construction/interface issues.
• Monitor HSE, quality, housekeeping, and contractor compliance during execution.
• Identify schedule risks, constraints, and potential impacts, and follow up mitigation actions.
• Support inspections, punch listing, completion documentation, and handover.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 7 to 8 years of relevant experience.
