Project Engineer – High Rise Tower (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a Project Engineer to join the construction department of a high‑rise tower project in Dubai. The role involves overseeing site operations, coordinating resources, and ensuring that the project progresses according to schedule and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Understand project requirements and define the scope of work to guide all subsequent activities.
• Supervise daily site operations, organize the workforce, and implement execution plans to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Allocate project team members for mobilization, ensuring the right personnel are positioned where needed.
• Manage all on‑site materials, equipment, and manpower to achieve optimal productivity.
• Ensure construction activities meet established quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare regular progress reports that track performance against the project schedule.
• Monitor the project plan continuously to keep it moving forward and meet anticipated deadlines.

Required profile

• Civil engineering degree from an accredited institution.
• Five to ten years of experience in construction project engineering.
