Project Engineer – Marble & Luxury Fit‑Out

About the role

The Project Engineer will lead planning, coordination and execution of marble, natural stone and luxury interior/exterior fit‑out projects for high‑end residential and commercial spaces. You will work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure delivery to approved drawings, quality standards, schedules and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor daily project activities, supervising marble installation, stone cladding, flooring, wall finishes, countertops and staircases.
• Review architectural and shop drawings, resolve technical issues on‑site, and manage material approvals, mock‑ups and method statements.
• Supervise site engineers, foremen and subcontractors, conduct inspections, and enforce quality and safety standards.
• Track manpower productivity, material consumption, and project costs; coordinate with procurement and quantity surveying teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or related field.
• UAE driving licence holder.
• Experience in marble, stone, luxury fit‑out or interior finishing projects, preferably in high‑end residential, commercial or hospitality sectors.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Ability to manage site execution, subcontractors and project schedules.
• Knowledge of health, safety and compliance regulations on construction sites.
