Project Management Executive (UAE National)

About the role

HAYAH is looking for a Project Management Executive in Dubai, open to UAE nationals only. The role supports the Chief of Staff in coordinating and following up CEO Office projects such as commercial and product launches, partnership initiatives, events, logistics and internal workstreams. It also provides operational support to the Chief of Staff and, when required, to the CEO, including meeting preparation, minutes, logistics and documentation. It is a hands-on, execution-focused position for someone with two to three years of experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the CEO Office project tracker (scope, owner, milestones, next actions, status) and record actions assigned by the Chief of Staff and CEO, flagging delays, blockers and risks early
• Prepare weekly status updates on the project portfolio and schedule working sessions with clear agendas, attendance, minutes and follow-up actions
• Support product, proposition and partner-launch readiness through checklists, timelines and follow-up; coordinate event logistics (venues, suppliers, invitations, materials, on-the-day support, post-event follow-up) and handle vendor quotations and purchase requests within budget
• Prepare meeting packs, briefing notes and trackers, take minutes and circulate decisions and actions
• Coordinate logistics for leadership meetings and CEO engagements with the Executive Assistant, and keep documentation, templates and shared folders organised
• Keep the CEO Office master action log up to date and ensure project records are complete and compliant with internal governance requirements

Required profile

• Two to three years of experience
• Organised, reliable and comfortable working across all functions of the business
• UAE nationality (role open to UAE nationals only)
