Project Manager – Building Construction Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high‑rise residential, commercial, leisure and healthcare building projects in Abu Dhabi. The role involves full‑cycle project delivery, from planning through execution, ensuring projects meet budget, schedule and quality targets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of project delivery from planning through execution.
• Coordinate with international consultants and project management firms.
• Ensure timely and successful completion of projects within budget and to required quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of site experience, including at least 7 years as a Project Manager on large‑scale building projects.
• Proven track record delivering projects valued between AED 200 million and AED 700 million.
• Previous experience with a leading contracting company, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
