Project Manager – Compliance

About the role

Dicetek LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Compliance to lead regulatory, risk and compliance projects across the organization. You will coordinate with compliance, risk, legal, technology and business teams to ensure projects meet timelines, budgets and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of compliance and regulatory projects from initiation through closure.
• Translate regulatory requirements into project plans, business requirements and implementation activities.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, resource plans and monitor progress, risks and issues.
• Coordinate implementation of policies, controls and compliance processes, and support audits and regulatory inspections.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, steering committee updates and manage third‑party vendors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, Risk, Compliance or related field.
• 6–10 years of project management experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Proven experience delivering compliance, regulatory or transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and change management capabilities.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, CAMS or similar.
