Project Manager – Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead high‑rise, commercial, residential or mixed‑use projects across the UAE. You will be responsible for delivering projects safely, on time and within budget while coordinating with clients, consultants and authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from planning and initiation through completion and handover.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules and resource plans.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors and on‑site personnel.
• Monitor costs, quality, safety and overall progress.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and relevant authorities.
• Manage risks, contracts, variations and contractual obligations.
• Prepare performance reports and management updates.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10–15 years of experience with UAE contracting or construction firms.
• Proven track record managing high‑rise or mixed‑use building projects.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost control, contracts and planning.
• PMP certification is an advantage.
