About the role
Penspen is hiring a Project Manager based in Abu Dhabi, experienced in service station and industrial engineering. The role assists the Project Management and Construction Department manager in meeting departmental goals.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and supervise multiple projects across different areas and locations.
- Direct, supervise and control the quality and progress of work carried out by construction contractors.
- Ensure company policies on technical, safety, quality and environmental aspects are correctly applied.
- Review and recommend cost estimates and schedules for management approval.
- Monitor budget, schedule and quality throughout project execution against the approved plan.
- Hold weekly and monthly meetings with contractors and project management consultants to resolve bottlenecks and keep work on schedule.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field (minimum 4-year programme).
- 20 years of experience, including 12 years in a similar role.
- Fluent Arabic and English, spoken and written.
- Valid UAE driving licence and residence in Abu Dhabi.
