Project Manager – End-to-End Delivery

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to high quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define the project execution strategy and obtain management approval before kick‑off.
• Prepare detailed project schedules with milestones and ensure drawings are obtained, reviewed, and approved.
• Coordinate with Finance to prepare and approve the ACE budget.
• Establish the project team structure, work with HR to recruit key positions, and build an effective workforce.
• Evaluate, quote, and select subcontractors in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
• Oversee soil testing, site assessments, procurement, and logistics to keep the site ready for material deliveries.
• Review and finalize the Project Quality Manual (PQM) and Health & Safety Manual (HSM).
• Monitor progress against schedule, quality, budget (ACE), and contractual requirements, highlighting critical issues and proposing corrective actions.
• Prepare risk assessments, mitigation plans, and manage NCRs and LTI tracking.
• Organise weekly project review meetings and present status updates to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing construction projects end‑to‑end.
• Strong understanding of contract requirements, budgeting, and cost control.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with finance, HR, and procurement functions.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and quality standards in construction.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
