Project Manager – Energy Storage Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead large‑scale energy storage projects across the Middle East, Central Asia and North Africa. You will drive projects from opportunity identification through tendering, commercial negotiations and contract signing, ensuring alignment between customer needs and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end management of energy storage projects across the Middle East, Central Asia and North Africa, from opportunity initiation to contract signing.
• Coordinate RFI/RFQ/RFP processes and develop technical solutions, pricing and delivery plans with Sales, Engineering, R&D and other functions.
• Gather and track customer technical, commercial and grid‑connection requirements, ensuring all open items are resolved.
• Identify and mitigate project risks related to technology, cost, certification, grid connection and contractual obligations.
• Represent the project in customer technical meetings, workshops and commercial negotiations.
• Organise hand‑over to execution teams after contract signing, transferring all requirements, schedules and risk registers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Automation, Energy Engineering, Project Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in renewable energy, power or energy‑storage projects, preferably in EPC or pre‑sales environments.
• Proven experience in large‑scale tendering, contract negotiation and cross‑functional project coordination.
