Project Manager – FEED & Detail Engineering

About the role

KBR is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead FEED and Detail Engineering projects in the Oil & Gas sector. The role provides strategic leadership, overseeing scope, schedule, cost, risk and quality for large‑scale packages.

Key responsibilities

• Define project vision, objectives and execution strategies for complex FEED/detail projects.
• Develop and approve baselines, change control processes and risk management frameworks.
• Lead multi‑disciplinary, multi‑site teams and manage procurement, contracts and vendor oversight.
• Monitor performance metrics, prepare executive reporting and ensure compliance with codes, standards and HSE requirements.

Required profile

• 20‑25+ years of FEED, Detail Engineering and EPCM experience in Oil & Gas.
• Proven leadership delivering large‑scale projects with effective project controls.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; PMP, AACE or PMI‑RMP certifications a plus.

Required skills

• Strong background in FEED/Detail engineering and project management.
• Proficiency with P6, MS Project, earned value management and cost control.
• Experience in procurement, contract management, risk and interface management.
• Familiarity with MOC/change control, document control and relevant oil‑gas codes and standards.
