Project Manager - Group Security

About the role

Join the Group Security team at Emirates Group Security as a Project Manager. You will lead the planning, execution and delivery of security‑related projects, ensuring they meet business requirements, timelines, budgets and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate, plan and manage projects through all lifecycle stages, from charter to closure.
• Monitor project performance, review delivery regularly and take corrective actions when needed.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and support functions to define objectives, milestones, roles and service levels.
• Maintain project registers and planning tools, ensuring accurate documentation of scope, schedule and resources.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of systems, procedures and standards to enhance capability, quality and productivity.
• Represent the Department in large‑scale, cross‑functional business initiatives across the Group.

Required profile

• Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.
• Experience working with multiple security units such as Training, Command Centre, Crime Prevention, Threat Assessment and Aviation Assurance.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills to align project goals with departmental objectives.
