Project Manager – Industrial Automation Projects

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the full lifecycle of industrial automation projects for Emirates Electrical & Instrumentation Company LLC, delivering safe, on‑time and cost‑effective solutions for ADNOC and other major oil & gas clients.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, schedule, budget and risk, and drive execution from kickoff through commissioning and close‑out.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, OEMs and internal teams to manage technical, commercial and contractual aspects.
• Maintain P&L accountability, ensure HSSE compliance and oversee change‑management processes.
• Lead procurement, vendor selection, long‑lead item tracking and logistics to secure required materials.
• Supervise subcontractors, monitor performance and settle final accounts.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in industrial automation projects, preferably in the UAE/Middle East.
• Proven track record of delivering large‑scale electrical and instrumentation projects on budget and schedule.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and commercial negotiation skills.

Required skills

• PLC, DCS and SCADA programming and testing.
• FAT and SAT execution and witnessing.
• Electrical automation and instrumentation expertise.
