Project Manager – Interior Fit‑out

About the role

ID WORKS GLOBAL - AE is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead interior fit‑out projects across office, retail and residential sectors. The role involves full‑cycle project delivery, from planning and mobilisation to testing, commissioning and handover, ensuring high‑quality outcomes that match client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete project lifecycle, including planning, execution, testing, snagging and handover.
• Develop and monitor schedules, budgets, manpower plans, procurement timelines and material deliveries.
• Coordinate architectural finishes and MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, low‑current).
• Review and align drawings, specifications, BOQs, shop drawings, material submittals and method statements with the project team.
• Lead site teams, subcontractors and suppliers, allocating work and ensuring trade coordination.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, building management and authorities to secure approvals, permits and inspections.
• Track progress, identify risks, implement corrective actions and report updates to stakeholders.
• Monitor costs, variations, payment applications and subcontractor performance together with the commercial team.
• Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with drawings, quality standards and HSE procedures.
• Prepare handover documentation, including as‑built drawings, O&M manuals, warranties and close‑out records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 4‑5 years of experience delivering interior fit‑out projects, preferably with site‑team management.
• Currently based in Dubai and familiar with local fit‑out approval processes and authority regulations.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, finishing materials, installation sequencing and site execution.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings, specifications, BOQs and project schedules.
