Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, control and hand‑over of assigned projects, ensuring they meet contractual, QHSE and client expectations. You will coordinate engineering, procurement, construction and stakeholder activities from tender through close‑out.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and authorities.
• Review tender documents, provide remarks and help prepare the Tender Stage Execution Plan.
• Define project scope, schedule, resources and oversee engineering deliverables.
• Set up construction methodology, reporting procedures and document control in line with contract requirements.
• Obtain permits, licenses and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Mobilise machinery, equipment and manpower according to the project schedule.
• Select and manage the project team, providing training and performance evaluation.
• Prepare procurement and subcontract plans and supervise their execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing large‑scale construction or engineering projects.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and resolve issues promptly.
• Strong understanding of contractual, QHSE and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
