Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from initiation through completion. The role involves overseeing all aspects of project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, safety, and profitability are met.

Key responsibilities

• Define project execution strategy, create detailed schedules, and obtain client approval for drawings.
• Coordinate with finance to prepare and approve budgets (ACE) and manage procurement logistics.
• Build and mobilize a skilled project team, working with HR to fill key positions.
• Evaluate and select subcontractors, negotiate quotes, and secure contracts.
• Monitor site activities, manage risks, and ensure compliance with quality (PQM) and health & safety (HSM) manuals.
• Track progress against schedule, budget, and performance metrics (SPI, CPI, EVM) and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct weekly review meetings and present status updates to senior management.
• Engage with local communities to organize social awareness programs for site teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing construction projects end‑to‑end.
• Strong leadership and team‑building capabilities.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal departments.
• Excellent analytical skills for risk assessment and performance monitoring.
