Project Manager

About the role

Warrior Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong civil or structural engineering background to lead the execution of adventure construction and infrastructure projects across the Middle East and Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end project execution, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to achieve project objectives.
• Oversee site activities and monitor progress against approved schedules.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Review engineering drawings, technical documents, and project reports.
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Manage resources, subcontractors, and project documentation.
• Support commercial and procurement activities related to project delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in construction, infrastructure, or engineering projects.
• Valid UAE driving license.
