Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead interior fit‑out projects from mobilisation through final handover. The role ensures delivery on time, within budget and to the required quality standards while managing stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all project activities including engineering, construction, procurement, quality, health & safety and commercial operations.
• Develop and control budgets, schedules, resource plans and execution strategies.
• Monitor progress, productivity, costs and contractual obligations, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate and manage project teams, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants.
• Maintain client relationships, oversee documentation, reporting, billing and payment collection.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale interior fit‑out projects, preferably in the Gulf, Europe or high‑grade Indian projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master’s or PhD is a plus.
• Strong leadership, people‑management and commercial contract administration skills.
• Excellent organizational, problem‑solving and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Project management software: MS Project or Primavera.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of interior fit‑out materials, construction processes and international quality standards.
