Project Manager – Luxury Villas (Civil & Fit-Out)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead high‑end luxury villa projects in the UAE, covering both civil construction and interior fit‑out works. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage luxury villa projects from planning through handover.
• Oversee civil, structural, architectural, and fit‑out works.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, quality standards, and contract requirements.
• Monitor progress, resolve technical and operational issues, and conduct regular site meetings.
• Review and approve subcontractor work, material submittals, and procurement schedules.
• Control project costs, manage variations and claims, and ensure timely handover.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 8–10 years of UAE experience managing luxury villa projects.
• Proven experience in both civil construction and high‑end fit‑out works.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building regulations, construction methods, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team‑management abilities.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred.
