Project Manager – Manpower Planning & Logistics

About the role

The Project Manager (IS) leads planning, manpower resourcing and mobilisation for site inspection activities across oil & gas and chemical/petrochemical construction sites, ensuring qualified inspectors are deployed cost‑effectively and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute manpower resourcing strategies, manage recruitment, onboarding and maintain a qualified inspector pool.
• Lead mobilisation and demobilisation of inspection teams, coordinate with clients, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Supervise logistics for travel, visas, accommodation and site access, ensuring timely and cost‑effective support.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local labour laws and client requirements; maintain accurate documentation.
• Develop and manage budgets for manpower and logistics, tracking costs and identifying optimisation opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• 10‑12 years of oil & gas experience, including 4‑5 years in project management and manpower planning for ADNOC construction sites.
• Proven track record in large‑scale manpower planning, resourcing and logistics.
• Valid UAE driving licence and willingness to travel within the UAE and abroad.

Required skills

• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification (preferred).
• Welding certification.
• NDT Level III certification.
• Painting certification.
