Project Manager – MEP

About the role

Parsons is seeking an experienced Project Manager – MEP to lead design consultants and contractors on key projects in Abu Dhabi. You will oversee planning, budgeting, and execution of large‑scale building construction, ensuring milestones are met and quality standards are upheld.

Key responsibilities

• Direct overall planning of design and construction activities, identifying critical milestones and priorities.
• Determine budget estimates, staffing requirements, and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment to meet schedule and cost goals.
• Manage subcontractor services and major construction equipment availability for maximum efficiency.
• Monitor construction progress, conduct performance evaluations, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare periodic progress reports and presentations for senior management and clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related engineering field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in large‑scale building construction projects.
• Extensive knowledge of construction processes and industry best practices.
• Strong managerial, written and oral communication skills.
