Project Manager – Multi‑disciplinary Engineering Projects

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the development and delivery of large, multi‑disciplinary engineering projects, from concept through to commissioning and hand‑over. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and in full compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical input during proposal and concept phases, coordinating design, material specifications, and procurement.
• Manage the tendering process, evaluate bids, and oversee contract negotiations.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams, including multinational contractors, to execute projects according to established schedules and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, company procedures, and relevant codes and standards.
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports for senior management, and adjust plans as needed.
• Participate in company committees, offering expertise and guidance on project‑related matters.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large engineering or plant‑construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and HSE regulations.
• Ability to lead and coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams across different locations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Project Management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Prince2).
• Procurement and contract management.
• HSE compliance and risk management.
• Technical understanding of plant engineering and facility modifications.
