Project Manager – Offshore Island Project

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the full lifecycle of EPC projects for offshore island developments, ensuring safe, timely, and cost‑effective delivery in line with client and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate project team, lead kick‑off meetings and define execution and subcontracting strategy.
• Develop schedules, budgets, staffing plans and vendor lists; monitor progress against milestones.
• Manage technical issues, report progress to senior management and clients, and ensure compliance with HSSE and quality standards.
• Maintain P&L accountability, control costs, manage change orders and negotiate scope modifications.
• Lead risk identification and mitigation, and oversee project handover and close‑out activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Instrumentation or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the oil & gas industry, with at least 3 years as a Project Manager on medium to large scale projects.
• Proven experience on offshore and brownfield projects, especially switchgear replacement.
• Strong HSSE leadership and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
