Project Manager – Oil & Gas Pipeline Inspection

About the role

PIPECARE Group is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead in‑line inspection projects for oil and gas pipelines across the Middle East. The role includes planning, mobilising resources, supervising field activities, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of customers.

Key responsibilities

• Review contracts and develop detailed project plans.
• Enter all project information into the ERP system and coordinate internal and external communications.
• Arrange resource requests, purchase requisitions, and job safety analyses.
• Lead field teams through mobilisation, inspection, verification, and demobilisation activities.
• Manage project budgets, payment milestones, invoicing, and approvals.
• Ensure tool and equipment rentals are paid on schedule.
• Drive upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Participate in commercial project review meetings and provide regular status updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Valid PMP certification (mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years of operation planning experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the UAE and with ADNOC.
• Prior exposure to oil & gas pipeline inspection or EPC contracting, especially ILI projects.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office and intermediate proficiency with project management software.
