Project Manager (On‑Site)

About the role

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and results‑driven Project Manager to lead cross‑functional projects from inception to completion. The role serves as the communication bridge between technical teams, business units, and senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for new launches and ongoing operations.
• Coordinate across multiple regional markets to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners, providing transparent, data‑driven status updates to executive leadership.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and licensing requirements are met, working closely with legal and compliance teams.
• Oversee day‑to‑day project activities, identify and mitigate risks, and drive process improvements for operational efficiency.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of experience as a Project Manager leading cross‑functional, multi‑stakeholder initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Operations or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem‑solving skills with high cultural awareness.
• Proven ability to lead distributed or international teams without direct authority.
