Project Manager (R&D)

About the role

The Project Manager will lead multidisciplinary research and development initiatives, ensuring projects move from concept to delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This mid‑to‑senior position is central to translating innovative ideas into market‑ready solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end management of R&D projects, from planning and resource allocation to execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, risk assessments, and contingency strategies.
• Coordinate and facilitate collaboration among scientists, engineers, and technical experts.
• Monitor progress using PMBOK, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies and address scope, schedule, or budget deviations.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure optimal utilization of resources.

Required profile

• Mid‑level to senior professional with at least 5 years (60 months) of project management experience in an R&D environment.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and deliver complex technical projects.
• Strong analytical and risk‑management skills.
