Project Manager – Security Systems

About the role

The Project Manager – Security Systems will lead the design and execution of ELV security projects in Dubai, driving growth for the business while ensuring high quality and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of field technicians and site engineers to deliver retrofit and new security system projects.
• Monitor and control project cost, schedule, scope and quality, preparing progress reports for stakeholders.
• Manage annual maintenance service contracts and ensure timely billing and payment collection.
• Prepare technical submittals, drawings, method statements and comply with QA/QC and HSE plans.
• Handle subcontractor agreements, invoice certification and dispute resolution while enforcing HSE guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering or related field.
• 10‑12 years of project engineering experience in low‑voltage security systems, with recent leadership in the GCC.
• Strong client‑facing communication, negotiation and decision‑making skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) and ability to converse/write in Arabic.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) and experience with Tier 1 contractors.

Required skills
