Project Manager – Wireless & Satellite Communications

About the role

KATIM is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex wireless and satellite communication projects. You will be responsible for delivering end‑to‑end solutions on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards while coordinating cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage full project lifecycle for wireless/satellite communication systems.
• Oversee system‑level design, including network topologies, protocols, and integration.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, business stakeholders and external partners to define scope, requirements, and milestones.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship on wireless and satellite technologies.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets and proactively manage risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science or related field (Master’s a plus).
• 7+ years of technical project management experience in the wireless communication industry, with a focus on satellite systems.
• Proven ability to lead large‑scale, cross‑functional and international projects.
• Strong understanding of wireless principles, satellite technologies and network topologies (LEO, MEO, GEO).
