About the role
Careers International is looking for experienced Project Supervisors (Mechanical) to oversee site execution on oil and gas projects. The role covers managing teams, ensuring compliance with project specifications and delivering quality work within schedule and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise site construction and mechanical activities related to oil and gas projects.
- Ensure manpower, tools and materials are used effectively.
- Monitor progress and prepare daily and weekly reports.
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors and HSE teams.
- Enforce strict compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Resolve site-related technical and operational issues.
Required profile
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5-8 years of oil and gas experience in the GCC region.
- Strong background in mechanical erection, fabrication and maintenance works.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, able to manage large workforce teams on site.
- Immediate availability preferred.
