About the role
The Projects Lead for NOV ISE Aftermarket in Abu Dhabi oversees all repair, rental, and parts activities, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery while maintaining safety and compliance standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage wireline operations from planning through execution, delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Supervise and mentor the project team, providing technical guidance and support.
- Coordinate workshop activities, allocate resources, and publish daily allocation sheets.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and adhere to QMS processes.
- Ensure compliance with NOV HSE policies and conduct risk assessments.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Diploma in Engineering.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to safety.
Required skills
- Wireline operations management.
- Load testing and pressure testing.
- Paint shop coordination.
- QA/QC liaison and preventive maintenance.
