Property Consultant for International Investors

About the role

We are seeking a Property Consultant who will support international investors interested in Dubai’s off‑plan and secondary markets. You will act as the trusted advisor, guiding clients remotely from their first inquiry through to handover, even when they have never set foot in the city.

Key responsibilities

• Advise investors on off‑plan and secondary opportunities aligned with their yield, capital growth, residency or long‑term holding goals.
• Guide clients through market briefings, video viewings, payment plans, documentation and handover processes.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships, encouraging repeat investments.
• Collaborate with developer partners to match clients with suitable projects.

Required profile

• Real‑estate experience, preferably with international or investor clients.
• Good understanding of the Dubai market or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
• Comfortable working across time zones and communicating clearly via phone, video and messaging.
• Additional language skills (e.g., French, Russian, Mandarin, German, Arabic) are a real asset.
• Patient, reliable and focused on long‑term relationships rather than quick wins.
