Property Consultant

About the role

Oaklyn Realty is seeking motivated Property Consultants to join its fast‑growing sales team in Dubai. You will work with both off‑plan and secondary‑market properties, helping clients navigate the dynamic UAE real‑estate landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell off‑plan projects from leading developers and secondary‑market listings.
• Convert company‑generated leads and build your own client network.
• Conduct client meetings, property viewings, and project presentations.
• Advise buyers and investors on market trends, pricing, ROI, and payment plans.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors.
• Generate and manage property listings for sales and rentals.
• Negotiate offers and close transactions successfully.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Dubai’s property market, communities, and new project launches.
• Consistently achieve sales targets and performance KPIs.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of Dubai real‑estate experience (off‑plan, secondary market, leasing, or rentals) or a proven sales background in a target‑driven, customer‑facing industry.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated, professional, and target‑driven.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• UAE driving licence and own vehicle are advantageous but not mandatory.
• RERA certification is an advantage but not required.
