About the role

Prime Luxury Properties LLC is seeking experienced and highly motivated Senior Property Consultants to join its growing real‑estate team in Dubai. The role focuses on generating sales, managing client relationships and closing transactions in both off‑plan and secondary market properties.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage property sales leads and client relationships.
• Advise clients on off‑plan and secondary market investment opportunities.
• Conduct property viewings, presentations and consultations.
• Build and maintain a network of buyers, investors, landlords and sellers.
• Negotiate offers and close property transactions.
• Stay updated on Dubai’s market trends, new launches and projects.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up consistently.
• Achieve individual sales and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Preferred UAE real‑estate experience.
• Proven property sales experience, preferably in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of off‑plan and/or secondary market properties.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and commercially focused.
• Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a commission‑only environment.
• Valid UAE driving licence; RERA certification is an advantage.
