Property Consultant - Luxury Real Estate

About the role

ZSR Middle East is a luxury real estate company based in Abu Dhabi, specialising in high-end homes, villas and investment properties. It is looking for a full-time, on-site Property Consultant to guide clients through buying, selling and renting luxury properties. The consultant manages inquiries from first contact through to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings and advise clients on market trends and investment opportunities
• Manage client inquiries from initial contact through to closing
• Build and maintain a client portfolio and prepare property proposals
• Negotiate offers and coordinate with internal teams so that documentation is accurate and transactions run smoothly
• Keep up to date with the Abu Dhabi real estate market, attend networking events and contribute to the company's reputation for service

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing or a related field preferred; relevant certifications are a plus
• Valid UAE driving licence and willingness to travel within the UAE for viewings and client meetings
• Professional appearance, strong ethical standards and respect for confidentiality

Required skills

• Consulting and advisory skills, with the ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable property solutions
• Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage
• Sales skills including lead generation, negotiation and closing in a target-driven environment
• Ability to work on-site, manage several clients and listings, and keep accurate documentation and CRM records
