About the role
The Property Consultant will advise clients on residential and commercial properties in Dubai, conduct viewings and provide market insights tailored to client needs. This full‑time, on‑site position requires fluency in Persian and English.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales and leasing cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closing.
- Prepare and update property listings, coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and support marketing activities.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills in Persian and English, both verbal and written.
- Proven sales abilities including lead management, negotiation and closing deals.
- Customer‑service orientation with professionalism and responsiveness.
- Organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
- Valid UAE driving licence and at least a high‑school diploma; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
