Property Consultant – Waterfront Communities

About the role

Hamptons International Dubai is seeking motivated Property Consultants to specialise in waterfront communities. This commission‑only position offers the chance to work with a premium portfolio of residential and off‑plan projects while leveraging the brand’s extensive market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, engage and qualify potential buyers and tenants for waterfront properties.
• Conduct property viewings, present market insights and advise clients on investment decisions.
• Negotiate offers and terms, ensuring smooth transactions for both parties.
• Maintain and expand a network of clients, developers and industry contacts.
• Stay informed on market trends, property values and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a real‑estate agent, preferably within waterfront communities.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑driven sales mindset with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
• Valid driving licence, personal vehicle and RERA certification.
