Proposal Coordinator II

About the role

The Proposal Coordinator II supports proposals for TAIT's venue‑based staging, automation, attractions, immersive environments and brand activation projects. The role coordinates activities from kickoff through submission, ensuring client requirements are translated into clear, complete, and accurate responses.

Key responsibilities

• Independently coordinate lower‑complexity proposals, reviewing RFPs, scopes of work and tender packages to identify requirements.
• Develop and maintain proposal schedules, execution plans, and track deliverables, risks, assumptions and outstanding decisions.
• Lead routine proposal check‑ins, coordinate cross‑functional contributors, and manage internal reviews to ensure materials are ready for submission.
• Maintain and improve proposal assets, templates and reusable content, and keep opportunity information up‑to‑date in relevant systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent education/experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in proposal coordination, project coordination or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, deliverables and multiple priorities across functions and locations.
• Fluency in Arabic is a preferred asset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Familiarity with project‑management and CRM tools such as Microsoft Project or comparable scheduling tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
