Proposal Manager

About the role

ADNH Catering's bid development team is looking for a creative Proposal Manager to lead the creation of high-impact proposals and presentations that win and retain business. You will work on critical bids for clients in the GCC, including some of the world's largest brands across various sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end bid process, from identifying and addressing RFP requirements in tender documents to designing, formatting and producing winning bids.
• Lead kick-off meetings and ensure compliance with bid requirements.
• Develop a bid strategy and act as a trusted advisor to Sales and Retention Leads on win themes and overall bid strategy.
• Coordinate bid responses from operators, business developers and strategic partnership specialists.
• Create eye-catching designs and presentations using InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite.

Required profile

• Proven track record of managing and winning complex bids.
• Ability to work comfortably with short deadlines and manage multiple projects at once.
• Cooperative and down-to-earth personality.
• Desirable: ability to write persuasively in English and/or Arabic, and additional graphic design experience.

What we offer

• Salary of AED 15,000 - AED 19,000.
• Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE.
