Psychology Teacher (Full‑Time) – Abu Dhabi

About the role

Aldar Education is seeking a dedicated Psychology Teacher to join its growing network of schools in the United Arab Emirates, starting in August 2027. The role involves delivering engaging psychology lessons, supporting the whole‑child development of students, and contributing to the academy’s inclusive learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Comply with health, safety, equal‑opportunity and academy policies.
• Plan and deliver psychology lessons, set clear objectives, assess and record student progress.
• Use performance data to differentiate learning and monitor student achievement.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive classroom environment and support SEN or gifted learners.
• Participate in staff briefings, training on child protection, safeguarding and health & safety.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field with a teaching qualification.
• Minimum two years’ experience teaching a specialist subject (GCSE/A‑Level preferred).
• Experience working with students for whom English is not the first language.
• Commitment to whole‑child education and professional conduct.
