Public Area Attendant – 5‑Star Luxury Hotel

About the role

Apt Resources is looking for a dedicated Public Area Attendant to join a prestigious 5‑star luxury hotel. You will be responsible for keeping all public spaces immaculate, ensuring guests enjoy a flawless environment throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of lobbies, corridors, restrooms and other public areas at all times.
• Provide courteous assistance to guests, answering queries and fulfilling reasonable requests.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address issues promptly.
• Identify and report safety hazards or maintenance needs without delay.

Required profile

• Previous experience in public‑area cleaning or housekeeping within a 5‑star hotel is highly desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to high hygiene standards.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Current residency in the UAE.
