Public Health Engineer (Technical Manager)

About the role

The Public Health Engineer will deliver technical system solutions and engineering support across Public Health, Mechanical and HVAC applications, helping customers identify efficient, value‑engineered solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop system solutions and bespoke designs for Public Health, Mechanical and HVAC projects.
• Identify value‑engineering opportunities and alternative specification solutions.
• Provide technical support and product advice to customers.
• Prepare technical documentation, including specifications, method statements and approval submissions.
• Conduct drawing take‑offs and competitor conversion reviews.
• Support project approvals and ensure solutions meet technical and commercial requirements.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience as a Public Health Engineer with some mechanical experience.
• Experience in high‑rise building projects is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead meetings with contractors and consultancies.
