Public Relations Manager – Middle East

About the role

We are a fast‑growing global mother & baby consumer brand seeking a seasoned Public Relations Manager to lead PR initiatives across the Middle East. The role is remote, open to candidates based in Lebanon or the UAE, and focuses on building media relationships, managing brand reputation, and delivering impactful PR campaigns that align with regional marketing goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional PR strategies aligned with the global Integrated Marketing Communications plan.
• Define communication priorities across media, influencers, industry organisations, and key stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with mainstream media, parenting publications, lifestyle outlets, industry associations, and key opinion leaders.
• Organise media and executive interviews, press events, and participation in industry conferences.
• Lead regional PR campaigns, product launches, parenting initiatives, brand collaborations and media events.
• Coordinate with local PR agencies and external partners to ensure high‑quality execution and issue management.
• Monitor traditional and social media, identify reputational risks and recommend proactive communication strategies.
• Collaborate with internal content teams to develop localized PR materials, brand narratives and communication assets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Public Relations, Brand Communications or Corporate Communications.
• Proven experience in the mother & baby industry is highly preferred.
• Deep understanding of the Middle Eastern media landscape, culture and consumer market.
• Based in Lebanon or the United Arab Emirates.
