Public Relations Manager – Middle East (Remote)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing global mother‑and‑baby consumer brand seeking a seasoned Public Relations Manager to lead PR activities across the Middle East. Based remotely in Lebanon or the UAE, you will shape regional communication strategies, strengthen media relationships and protect our brand reputation while supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional PR strategies aligned with global Integrated Marketing Communications.
• Define communication priorities and create messaging frameworks for consistent brand positioning.
• Build and maintain relationships with mainstream, parenting, lifestyle media and key opinion leaders; organise interviews, press events and conference participation.
• Lead PR campaigns, product launches, parenting initiatives and brand collaborations, coordinating with internal IMC teams and external agencies.
• Monitor traditional and social media, identify reputational risks and implement proactive communication plans.
• Collaborate with content teams to produce bilingual press releases, feature stories and other PR assets for regional distribution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in public relations, brand or corporate communications.
• Proven track record in the mother‑and‑baby or consumer goods sector is highly preferred.
• Deep understanding of the Middle Eastern media landscape, culture and consumer market.
• Residency in Lebanon or the United Arab Emirates.
