Public Relations Officer (PRO) – Dubai

About the role

Hogar Properties is looking for an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to lead its government relations and compliance activities in Dubai. The role involves managing all corporate documentation, visa processing, labor procedures, and licensing requirements for the real‑estate business.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit government documentation and official administrative transactions.
• Process employment visas, quota requests, renewals, cancellations, Emirates ID applications, and labor contracts.
• Liaise directly with UAE authorities such as DET/DED, MOHRE, GDRFA, Amer centers, and immigration offices.
• Oversee commercial license renewals, establishment cards, and statutory trade registrations.
• Monitor regulatory timelines to ensure continuous compliance with UAE labor, immigration, and real‑estate regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of dedicated PRO experience in the UAE, preferably within the Dubai real‑estate sector.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Valid UAE driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred).

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of GDRFA portal.
• Advanced knowledge of MOHRE portal.
• Advanced knowledge of DET/DED portal.
• Advanced knowledge of Amer portal.
